- Research funding sources for projects/programs.
- Supports implementation of grant funded projects.
- Coordinates special projects and programs.
- Supports internal process for implementing special projects. This requires working with various departments.
- Coordinates with subcontractors, vendors and consultants working on special projects.
- Compliance with grant/funding regulations.
- Coordinates with project managers on grants and special projects.
- May attend meetings of City departments, community organizations and the business community to coordinate collaborative grant implementation efforts.
- Will be responsible for some data entry as appropriate
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) with related experience.
- Minimum of three years experience in a similar position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in WORD and EXCEL.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Other appropriate duties as assigned.
